Welcome to Popo Taste. By accessing or placing an order on our website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. General
Popo Taste provides freshly prepared meals and delivery services. We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.

2. Orders
All orders are subject to availability and confirmation. Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be modified or cancelled as preparation may begin immediately.

3. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) and are subject to change without prior notice. Full payment must be made at the time of order confirmation.

4. Delivery
We deliver to selected areas within Penang Mainland only.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details. Popo Taste will not be held responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete information.

If the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery:
- The order may be left at a safe location (if instructed), or
- Considered completed without refund

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.

5. Food & Product Disclaimer
All meals are freshly prepared daily. Slight variations in taste, portion, or presentation may occur and do not qualify for refunds.

Customers are advised to consume food within the recommended time. We are not responsible for food quality once it has been left unrefrigerated or stored improperly.

Please inform us in advance of any food allergies. While we take precautions, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.

6. Return & Refund
Due to the nature of our products, returns are not accepted. Refunds or replacements are only provided under valid conditions as stated in our Return & Refund Policy.

7. Subscription / Meal Plans
For customers on weekly or monthly meal plans:
- Changes or pauses must be informed at least 1 day in advance
- No last-minute cancellations will be accepted
- Missed deliveries due to customer absence will not be refunded

8. Promotions & Discounts
All promotions are subject to specific terms and may be changed or withdrawn at any time without notice.

9. Limitation of Liability
Popo Taste shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

欢迎使用婆婆的味道。凡使用本网站或下单，即表示您同意以下条款。

婆婆的味道提供新鲜现做食品及配送服务。我们有权随时修改条款，恕不另行通知。

2. 订单
所有订单需视供应情况而定。一旦确认订单，即无法更改或取消。

3. 价格与付款
所有价格以马币（RM）计算，可能随时调整。订单需全额付款后才算确认。

4. 配送
我们仅配送至 Penang Mainland 指定区域。

客户需提供正确地址。如因信息错误导致配送失败，本店概不负责。

如无人收货：
- 可按指示放置指定地点，或
- 视为已完成订单，不予退款

配送时间为预计时间，可能因交通或天气影响。

5. 食品说明
所有餐点为每日新鲜制作，口味或摆盘可能略有不同，不作为退款理由。

食品需在建议时间内食用。如因储存不当导致问题，本店不负责。

如有食物过敏，请提前告知，但无法保证完全无过敏原。

6. 退款与退货
食品一经送达，不接受退货。退款条件请参考退款政策。

7. 包伙 / 配套
如为长期配套：
- 需至少提前一天通知更改
- 临时取消不受理
- 无人收餐不退款

8. 优惠活动
所有优惠受条款限制，可能随时更改或取消。

9. 责任限制
本店不承担任何间接损失或额外损害责任。
