Return & Refund Policy
At Popo Taste, we strive to ensure every meal is freshly prepared and delivered with care. Due to the nature of our food products, we do not accept returns once an order has been delivered.
However, your satisfaction is important to us. Refunds or replacements may be considered under the following conditions:
1. Incorrect Order
If you receive the wrong items, please contact us within 1 hour of delivery with clear photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund accordingly.
2. Missing Items
If any item is missing from your order, please notify us within 1 hour of receiving your order.
3. Quality Issues
If there are serious quality concerns (e.g. spoiled food), please contact us within 1 hours with photo proof. We will assess and provide a suitable resolution.
Non-Refundable Situations:
- Change of mind after order is confirmed
- Incorrect delivery details provided by customer
- Failed delivery due to customer unavailability
- Minor variations in taste, portion, or presentation
Cancellation Policy:
Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been confirmed and prepared. For subscription or meal plans, please inform us at least 1 day in advance for any changes.

退货与退款政策
由于本店提供的是新鲜现做食品,一旦订单送达后,恕不接受退货。
但如果出现以下情况,我们将提供退款或补偿:
1. 订单错误
如您收到错误商品,请在1小时内提供照片联系我们,我们将安排补发或退款。
2. 缺少商品
如有漏单,请在收货后1小时内通知我们。
3. 食品质量问题
如出现严重质量问题(如变质),请提供照片,我们将进行处理。
以下情况不接受退款:
- 下单后改变主意
- 提供错误地址或联系方式
- 无人收货导致配送失败
- 口味、份量或摆盘的轻微差异
取消订单:
订单一旦确认制作,恕不接受取消。
如为配套/包伙服务,请至少提前一天通知更改。
